目的探讨心理护理对皮肤病患者负性情绪的影响。方法随机抽取住院皮肤病患者61例,其中,银屑病23例,湿疹15例,带状疱疹13例,慢性荨麻疹10例。随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组在进行常规检查和治疗的同时实施心理护理方案。采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)和睡眠质量量表(PSQI)作为评定工具进行比较研究。结果皮肤病患者普遍存在焦虑和抑郁情绪;观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(93.33vs70.97,P<0.05),焦虑和抑郁程度显著低于对照组[SAS评分(39.90±4.60)分vs(51.43±3.27)分,P<0.001;SDS评分(30.21±4.70)分vs(36.43±5.51)分,P<0.001],且睡眠质量显著好于对照组[PSQI评分(9.24±4.18)分vs(12.01±5.67)分,P<0.001]。结论对皮肤病患者实施心理护理能促进疗效,降低负性情绪,并提高睡眠质量。

Objective To probe into the influence of psychological nursing intervention on the negative emotions of patients with dermatosis.Methods Sixty-one patients with dermatosis were divided into control group and intervention group.The 61 patients include 23 patients with Psoriasis,15 patients with Eczema,23 patients with Herpes zoster,10 patients with chronic Urticaria.For the intervention group,psychological nursing was carried out besides daily examination and treatment.For the comparison group,there is no psychological nursing.This paper applies self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)to compare the therapeutic effect of the two groups according to their SAS score and SDS score.Results Patients with dermatosis have common depression and anxiety.After the psychological nursing intervention,the treatment efficacy of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The SAS score and SDS score of the intervention group was significantly lower than those of the comparison group(P<0.05).The PSQI score of the intervention group is significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.001).Conclusions Psychological nursing intervention on patients with dermatosis improved the therapeutic effect of the dermatosis and reduced the negative emotions of patients with dermatosis.
