软组织内热针与银质针对大鼠骨骼肌慢性损伤后SOD、MDA水平的影响

摘要:

目的比较软组织内热针和银质针对大鼠骨骼肌慢性损伤后超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。方法 60只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为损伤对照组、银质针组、内热针组,每组18只及正常对照组6只。损伤对照组、银质针组、内热针组在治疗1d、7d和14d,分别处死实验大鼠6只,对修复部位的组织进行SOD活性和MDA含量的测定。结果 (1)治疗1d修复组织中SOD活性[U/(mg·prot)],内热针组(35.31±2.68)和银质针组(36.26±3.12)较损伤对照组(41.35±5.51)下降(P<0.05);7d和14d,内热针组(64.87±2.69、56.77±3.02)和银质针组(59.09±3.16、51.69±2.91)较同期的损伤对照组(48.15±6.44、38.70±5.03)显著升高(P<0.01),且内热针组均高于银质针组(P<0.05)。(2)治疗1d骨骼肌中MDA含量[nmol/(mg·prot)],内热针组(6.39±0.34)和银质针组(6.28±0.24)较损伤对照组(5.91±0.28)升高(P<0.05);7d和14d时,内热针组(3.96±0.16、3.11±0.19)和银质针组(4.23±0.24、3.54±0.21)较同期损伤对照组(4.83±0.27、4.10±0.43)显著降低(P<0.01),同时内热针组均低于银质针组(P<0.05)。结论软组织内热针和银质针可以显著降低大鼠骨骼肌慢性损伤组织中MDA含量,提高SOD的活性,增强机体的抗氧化能力,可能是针刺内热的治疗机制之一。软组织内热针治疗效果优于银质针。

Abstract:

Objective To observe the effect of internal heated needle and silver needle on SOD、MDA in repaired tissue after chronic skeletal muscle injury in rats.Methods Sixty healthy male Wistar rats were randomly divided into injury control group(n=18),silver needle group(n=18),internal heated needle group(n=18)and normal control group(n=6).The volume of SOD and MDA in the repaired tissue were detected at 1 d、7 d and 14 d.Results SOD activity in the internal heated needle group(35.31±2.68)and the silver needle group(36.26±3.12)was decreased compared with that in the injury control group(41.35±5.51)at 1d after treatment(P<0.05).At 7d and 14 d,compared with the injury control group(48.15±6.44、38.70±5.03),SOD activity in the internal heated needle group(64.87±2.69,56.77±3.02)and the silver needle group(59.09±3.16,51.69±2.91)was obviously increased(P<0.01).Furthermore,SOD activity in the former was higher than that in the latter at 7 d and 14 d(P<0.05).The value of MDA in the internal heated needle group(6.39±0.34)and the silver needle group(6.28±0.24)was increased compared with that in the injury control group(5.91±0.28)at 1d after treatment(P<0.05).At 7 d and 14 d,compared with the injury control group(4.83±0.27,4.10±0.43),the value of MDA in the internal heated needle group(3.96±0.16,3.11±0.19)and the silver needle group(4.23±0.24、3.54±0.21)was obviously decreased(P<0.01).Moreover,the value of MDA in the former was lower than that in the latter at 7 d and 14 d(P<0.05).Conclusions The internal heated needle and the silver needle can decrease MDA level and increase SOD activity after chronic skeletal muscle injury in rats.The former is relatively better than the latter in therapeutic efficacy.
