<正>正念(mindfulness)是意识的一种状态,是一种对处于当下刺激的高度的注意。正念疗法是由乔·卡巴金等学者基于传统的正念禅修改良而成的当代心理治疗中的一项重要技术。由于正念疗法所具备的注重当下与不做评判等特点对认知改变与情绪调节有很大益处,所以正念疗法目前在临床实践中有着广泛的应用。虽然正念疗法目前应用广泛,但是其对认知与情绪的作用机制尚未完全阐明。不同的科学家试图从不同的角度去解释,目前尚未达成共识。本研究将从正念以及正念疗法概述、基本类型、关于正念疗法机制的主流观点、临床应用以及未来的应用展望5方面来进行阐述。
